Below you will find a list of frequently asked questions which contain a lot of information regarding our ordering process and payments.

ORDERS

PAYMENT

  • Which payment options do you support?

    Payment by invoice/bank transfer (we will send you an invoice attachment to the email address you entered. In this case, we reserve the right to complete the order within 2 working days of receipt of payment). Payment by credit or prepaid card (MasterCard, Visa, Visa Electron or Maestro accepted).

  • Can I get an invoiced issued to my company?

    In the "CHECKOUT" step, you have a button "I wish to order on behalf of a company" where you fill in the company details. Bear in mind that this is currently only possible for Slovenian based companies.

  • I have paid by card but have not received any confirmation that my order has been successfully placed.

    If you have not received a confirmation that your order has been successfully placed, it means that our system has not yet recorded your credit card transaction. All items should remain in your basket and you can repeat the process.

  • I have paid through the use of a SEPA bank transfer, when will I receive my e-invite?

    Due to delays in payments by bank transfer, we reserve the right to take up to 2 working days to complete the order after payment has been received. Upon completion of your order, you will receive the full order (including invoice) to the email address you entered.

  • Discount code (voucher)

    If you have received a discount code, you can use it on your next order. The voucher is transferable, so you can use it yourself or give it to others. Each voucher has a unique code and can only be redeemed once. The validity of the voucher is one year from the invoice on which you received the voucher.
