How do I know that my order has been placed successfully?
You will receive an order confirmation to the email address you entered when you placed your order. If you have not received a confirmation shortly after placing your order, please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you do not find the message there either, you may have entered your email address incorrectly. You can notify us at: info@bronsa.eu

I have not received a confirmation email that my order has been placed.
Unfortunately, our confirmation messages can get caught in spam or promotions, so please check there too. If you can't find the message anywhere, you may have entered your e-mail address incorrectly. You can notify us at: info@bronsa.eu or call us on 030 657 206

Will the "BRONSA" watermark also be written across the final invitation when I receive it?
Once your payment has been successfully processed, you will receive a final invitation without the "BRONSA" watermark protection.

Can I return an e-invite because it doesn't suit me?
Unfortunately, due to the nature of the product, returns are not possible. E-invites are personalised with your information. We kindly ask you to check your order carefully before payment. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your e-invite, you can contact us via email: help@bronsa.eu and we will help you to rectify the problem as best we can.

Can I change the details on my order after it has been completed and paid for?
Once the order has been completed, changes can no longer be made. You can contact us via email: help@bronsa.eu and we will help you to resolve the problem as best we can.
PAYMENT

Which payment options do you support?
Payment by invoice/bank transfer (we will send you an invoice attachment to the email address you entered. In this case, we reserve the right to complete the order within 2 working days of receipt of payment). Payment by credit or prepaid card (MasterCard, Visa, Visa Electron or Maestro accepted).

Can I get an invoiced issued to my company?
In the "CHECKOUT" step, you have a button "I wish to order on behalf of a company" where you fill in the company details. Bear in mind that this is currently only possible for Slovenian based companies.

I have paid by card but have not received any confirmation that my order has been successfully placed.
If you have not received a confirmation that your order has been successfully placed, it means that our system has not yet recorded your credit card transaction. All items should remain in your basket and you can repeat the process.

I have paid through the use of a SEPA bank transfer, when will I receive my e-invite?
Due to delays in payments by bank transfer, we reserve the right to take up to 2 working days to complete the order after payment has been received. Upon completion of your order, you will receive the full order (including invoice) to the email address you entered.

Discount code (voucher)
If you have received a discount code, you can use it on your next order. The voucher is transferable, so you can use it yourself or give it to others. Each voucher has a unique code and can only be redeemed once. The validity of the voucher is one year from the invoice on which you received the voucher.
DESIGNS

Can I change to colours or fonts on the e-invite?
For the time being, such changes are not possible. The designs are pre-prepared and we only allow changes to the text.

I can't find a suitable design. Can I order a unique e-invite?
For a unique and customised e-invite, you can send us an enquiry to info@bronsa.eu and we will provide you with a quote shortly.

Are the e-invites available on this website all which you offer?
At the moment, these are all the designs we have on offer. We are constantly expanding our offering though. If you would like to have a customised e-invite, you can send us an enquiry to info@bronsa.eu and we will prepare a quote for you shortly.
